Your quite right, my first daughter went from breast to cup, and i plan the same wit my second child kruiz, but i must admit i do express and bottle feed my milk to kruiz while i'm at work, and At hard time's she has had a few formula feed's, but she's now 8months old, i exclusively feed her nothin but breast milk for 6 months, expressin for work can be hard sometime's, i'm lucky to only work 2 day's a week, but I'v even had to resort to formula, but breast milk comes top priority!.

Hello Zoe

Just read your 'story' and wanted to say that I agree wholeheartedly with you. the bond between mum and baby when breastfeeding is quite something isn't it? Like you I feel very passionate about breastfeeding and think it's ridiclous how the assumption is always made that even if you are breastfeeding, you'll put the baby 'on the bottle' as soon as possible. None of my children had bottles and went straight from boob to cup.

You're a great example Zoe!
